Interim Government Fails

Interim Government Fails to Control Law and Order. The nation’s top business leaders have charged that the interim administration is not doing enough to maintain law and order. To safeguard the economy, they have called for an immediate settlement to the issue. These statements were made on Saturday morning (November 30) at a trade conference hosted by the Dhaka Chamber at a capital hotel.

Interim Government Fails: “Over the past 15 years, there has been unprecedented looting in the country,” said Economic Advisor Salehuddin Ahmed during the ceremony. He promised that measures will be taken to prevent future instances of money laundering.

The major contributor to the nation’s economy is the private sector. However, businesses are suffering and industrial production is being hampered by the deterioration of law and order, financial sector difficulties, and long-standing problems in the energy sector. In order to address the general state of the private sector, the Dhaka Chamber arranged a trade show where a number of business obstacles were brought to light.

“If the law and order situation does not improve, and if we do not receive a security guarantee, it may not be possible for us to operate,” stated Ashraf Ahmed, president of the Dhaka Chamber, during the meeting.

Business leaders have argued that under the previous government’s time, various economic numbers were overstated. Given the unstable situation of the economy, they called for a reexamination of whether it is suitable to remove the country off the list of least developed nations by 2026. They also pointed out that the current government has failed to control law and order. Interim Government Fails…..

Regarding this, BTMA’s Shaukat Aziz Russell stated, “We are the true entrepreneurs. We’ll give you subsidies, but are you going to steal? You will be healthy, you will thrive, and you are the enablers of thievery. Too far, no Bangladesh Bank employee has been held responsible.

Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed, the Economic Advisor at the time, said that the plunder committed by the previous government was unthinkable. He did note, though, that the nation’s economy, which had begun to decline, is now beginning to show signs of stability. The nation’s law and order crisis, however, is being purposefully made worse, according to Trade Advisor Sheikh Bashir Uddin. Interim Government Fails…

“Those who are attempting to cause chaos are using this situation to incite disorder,” stated Trade Advisor Sheikh Bashir Uddin. But if they are successful, the shift will be obvious, and I think we’ll see it.”

“A chairman of a union parishad owns a house valued at 5-10 crore taka,” stated Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed, an economic advisor. Consider the whereabouts of this money. Now, it’s really too short a period if you think that Salehuddin Sahibs and the Chief Advisors will resolve this in just three or four months.” Additionally, both experts declared that there would be no more chances for money laundering and looting.
