Fifty (50) judicial officers are going to India for training. The Ministry of Law has authorized 50 judicial officers from subordinate courts to receive training at the National Judicial Academy and State Judicial Academy in Bhopal, India.

 

Fifty (50) judicial officers:  This permission was granted on the advice of the Supreme Court. Assistant Judges, Senior Assistant Judges, Joint District and Sessions Judges, Additional District and Sessions Judges, District and Sessions Judges, and other officers of comparable status were chosen to participate in the training. These judicial officers will attend the course from February 10 to 20.

 

According to a notice issued by the Ministry of Law’s Law and Justice Division on the advice of the Supreme Court, 50 judicial officers from the Bangladesh Judicial Service have been granted permission to participate in a training program at the National Judicial Academy in Bhopal, India, and a State Judicial Academy from February 10 to 20.

 

The Indian government will bear all training expenses, while the Bangladesh government will not be involved financially. This information was provided in a notice signed by Dr. Abul Hasanat, Deputy Secretary (Training) of the Law and Justice Division at the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs.
