On Friday, prices at Karwan Bazar in the capital were as follows: Miniket rice at 80 Taka per kg, Atash rice at 65 Taka per kg, Masoor dal (local) at 135 Taka, eggplant at 50 Taka, new potatoes at 50-60 Taka, and tomatoes at 70 Taka per kg.
Furthermore, Tilapia fish was selling at 200 Taka (medium size), Rui-Katla fish at 320 to 350 Taka, broiler chicken at 200 to 220 Taka, beef at 750 Taka, and mutton at 1200 Taka per kilogram.
