The workload is heavy, and the labor is limited, therefore several areas must be prioritized. Misunderstandings can occur in such situations, leading him to believe that he is unable to perform efficiently.
Regarding the claims of wrongdoing, the BCB President stated, “wrongdoing is a relative phrase. If someone hits you, that is misconduct; even a minor remark might be considered misconduct. Maybe I spoke a little louder! I might have said something he didn’t appreciate. Many issues can be resolved through talk.
Earlier, Fahim stated, “That kind of comment… I don’t want to say what the comment was, but it left me terribly unhappy. It made it plain that, at the moment, the cricket board or the president may not consider me a member of their circle of trust.”
He also stated, “I’m not sure why the president made that comment about me. However, I was extremely shocked. Naturally, I wasn’t expecting such a statement. And it was made in front of a large group of individuals, including ministry officials.”
