To avoid arrest, innocent Awami League members who have been wrongfully accused flee month after month. However, Narayanganj district police have announced that they will investigate and seek to dismiss the fake case.
Minarul, who died in a car accident, was incorrectly represented as having been shot and killed during the 24th revolution. His wife also obtained a donation of 5 lakh takas from the July Martyrs Memorial Foundation under fraudulent pretenses.
