Shakib Al Hasan has yet: Recently, he failed a bowling action test in Chennai, India. Shakib Al Hasan originally underwent a bowling test in Birmingham, but the results were not favorable. He also failed his bowling action test in Chennai on December 21.

After one year, if he passes the test again from an ICC-recognized laboratory, he will be free to bowl without limitations.

According to the International Cricket Council’s guidelines concerning illegal bowling actions, if a bowler’s action is ruled illegal for the first time and they are banned twice within two years, they are immediately barred from bowling the following year. During this one-year time, they are also prohibited from taking the test to remedy their actions.

According to the rules, Shakib will be barred from bowling outside of domestic cricket until he receives legal clearance from an ICC-designated facility. However, he can continue to work on improving his bowling motion. When he believes there is no longer an issue with his actions, he can take a test at an ICC-approved location.

According to the regulations, if there is an issue with a certain delivery, Shakib may continue bowling while omitting that delivery. He will not be permitted to employ that delivery in matches until it has been corrected. If he bowls a faulty delivery during a match, he will be barred from bowling for a year.

The deadline for submitting Champions Trophy squads is tomorrow (January 12). Shakib’s place in the squad is doubtful following his failure in the bowling test.

It should be noted that teams competing in the Champions Trophy must submit preliminary squads to the ICC by tomorrow. Teams will, however, have until February 11 to make roster adjustments. Following that, any changes will require permission from the ICC’s Technical Committee.
