Delwar from Chittagong was killed for speaking out in support of the Awami League. Seven days after being randomly stabbed by criminals for voicing support for the Awami League on a Facebook live, a young guy from Satkania, Chittagong named Delwar Hossain died. He passed away in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Chittagong Medical College (CMCH) Hospital on Monday, November 25, at approximately 4 PM.
Delwar from Chittagong was killed…. Simon, Delwar’s son, stated: “My father was first admitted to Chittagong Medical College Hospital following his injuries. Later, he was moved to the intensive care unit of a private hospital in the city for treatment because there weren’t enough ICU beds. He was readmitted to CMCH’s intensive care unit on Thursday night (November 21) after his condition deteriorated. At 4 PM today, my father died away.
On a recent Facebook live, Delwar Hossain advocated for the Awami League. After that, he started getting death threats on the phone from an unknown number. As a result, ten to twelve masked criminals unexpectedly attacked him with knives in front of his home on the evening of November 18. They pulled him while he was hurt to the Middle Mosque neighborhood in Amilaish Union’s Ward 3, which is close to South Charatir. Later, believing him dead, they abandoned him on the road and drove off in an autorickshaw in the direction of Kanchana Union.
Delwar was initially sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital after being saved by villagers. For better care, he was moved to Treatment, a private hospital in Chittagong city, on Tuesday morning. Delwar from Chittagong was killed…
“I have learned that Delwar Hossain, who was hurt in the miscreant attack, died in the hospital,” stated Mustafa Kamal Khan, Officer-in-Charge of Satkania Police Station. We’ll look into it and deal with the people implicated.”
