Soukhin: Do you recognize me?

Shamsul: Yes, I can, brother.

Soukhin: You paid 2 lakh taka to the mankak (BNP leader Manik), correct?

Shamsul: “No, no, no, brother.”

Soukhin: Can Manka save you?

Shamsul: Life and death are now in Allah’s hands.

Soukhin: It’s in Allah’s hands, that’s true; but Allah has written your fate in my hands. Can you contact Manka to save yourself? What are we… failing here? It’s not working out. I have all payment methods like bKash, Nagad, etc., on this number. You send 1 lakh taka here, and then you’ll give the money to Manka. We are the ones who decide. The money has to be paid.

In this regard, Shamsul Alam said, “On Wednesday around 11 AM, I had gone to the court in Naogaon for some work. At that time, I received a call from an unknown number. The caller introduced himself as Changlar Soukhin and demanded money from me. I’ve heard that similar calls are being made to others accused in the case, demanding money.”

Regarding the allegations, BNP leader Belal Hossain Soukhin said, “I never spoke to Chairman Shamsul. What is being spread is completely fake. I am the plaintiff in the case. Someone is editing the conversation on a computer and spreading it on Facebook to frame me.”
