A decapitated body of a worker was discovered at a cattle breeding center in Savar. The police recovered the decapitated body of Mahfujur Rahman Raju from the Central Goat Breeding and Dairy Farm in front of Jahangirnagar University in Savar. Police have stated that they are preparing to file a case regarding the incident. Wednesday morning, the body was discovered beside a road inside the Central Goat Breeding and Dairy Farm in Savar.
A decapitated body of a worker: According to relatives of the deceased and officials at the Central Goat Breeding and Dairy Farm, Mahfujur Rahman Raju, a contractual worker at the water pump, completed his work yesterday evening but did not return home that night. His family attempted to call his mobile number several times but was unable to make contact. Later this morning, his headless body was discovered beside a road at the Central Goat Breeding and Dairy Farm. Initially, the farm authorities were notified, and then the police arrived, recovered the body, and transported it to the morgue at Shaheed Sohrawardy Medical College Hospital in the capital for autopsy.
Meanwhile, the deceased’s relatives report that Mahfujur Rahman Raju had been having an ongoing disagreement with numerous persons over a tea kiosk at the main gate of Jahangirnagar University.
Noor Alam Siddique, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ashulia Police Station, stated that after receiving the news, they recovered the deceased’s body and transported it to the morgue at Shaheed Sohrawardy Medical College Hospital in the capital for autopsy.
The police official also stated that preparations are being made to file a case surrounding the crime, and that they have already began trying to apprehend individuals involved in the murder.
