Declaring her husband deceased and falsely charging 130 people of murder. Declaring her husband deceased ….It was later discovered that Al-Amin was still alive. Kulsum acknowledged that two people, Shafiqul Rahman and Ruhul Amin, had blackmailed her into bringing the fictitious lawsuit. The fictitious lawsuit was the brainchild of these individuals.

Ruhul Amin and Shafiqul Rahman were taken into custody by police on Thursday, November 21, in the afternoon from Mostaq Ahmed’s home in Alexzahan SM Para, Cox’s Bazar. Kulsum, who acknowledged dishonestly reporting her spouse Al-Amin dead in order to file the fictitious complaint, was also saved during the operation. Declaring her husband deceased…

The sons of Mesher Ali from Tepra village in Shibalaya Police Station, Manikganj district, and the late Masum Ali from Fulhara village in Ghior Police Station, the same district, are among those who have been detained. Furthermore, Abdul Khalek’s daughter, Kulsum, from the Sualpsingjuri Bangla neighborhood under Ghior Police Station, is the plaintiff in the bogus case.

The three detainees disclosed during questioning that Kulsum, her husband Al-Amin, and their 4-year-old child resided in Sylhet. They were contented till August 28, when she moved to her sister’s home in Savar after leaving Sylhet because of marital strife. She encountered Shafiqul Rahman in a car en route. Kulsum was taken to Ruhul Amin by Shafiq, who enticed her with the prospect of employment. Declaring her husband deceased….

Then, Kulsum was tricked by Ruhul Amin and Shafiqul into filing a murder case and erroneously claiming her husband dead.

Kulsum Begum, Al-Amin’s wife, stated: “I moved to Savar on August 28 from my in-laws’ house in Sylhet due to family disputes. I began searching for work in Savar because my spouse was not supporting me. I ran into Shafiqul Rahman on a car during this period. He asked for my birth certificate and said he would help me find a job.

I was later summoned to the Sena Shopping Complex in Savar by Shafiqul Rahman and Ruhul Amin. They told me that they had used my birth certificate to create a case. They intimidated me in a number of ways when I refused to cooperate. I was eventually brought to court and forced to sign papers in front of an attorney. They used pressure and blackmail to get me to comply with their demands. Declaring her husband deceased….

At last, they rented me a house in a Cox’s Bazar settlement and instructed me to remain there. When Shafiqul arrived in Cox’s Bazar on November 19, I was residing there. Shafiqul and Ruhul were taken into custody by authorities when they arrived in Cox’s Bazar on November 21.

“The man who has been identified as the living Al-Amin is, in fact, my husband, and he is alive,” she added. Under the guise of a job offer, Ruhul and Shafiqul stole my birth certificate and used various forms of blackmail to make me the plaintiff in a fictitious lawsuit. I was compelled to speak and do everything they said.

“Ruhul Amin intimidated my sister in many ways,” stated Fatema, Kulsum’s sister. He would scare her by saying he had a weapon with him at all times. During that period, Ruhul struck a number of names from the case list. They also brought my younger sister to court, explaining that the case was being filed because the unidentified youngster who had allegedly perished needed justice. We then discovered that they were a member of a syndicate that engaged in profiteering and case manipulation. After that, they got into difficulty and produced us a phony marriage certificate. My sister lived in Sylhet and never in Ashulia or Savar. Ruhul and Shafiqul have set up my sister.

Shafiqul Rahman, the accused, stated in relation to the case, “I met Kulsum on a car. I took her to Ruhul Amin later. He took care of every task associated with the matter. Declaring her husband deceased…..

He refused to comment further. “Kulsum herself came to me seeking assistance to file the case,” Ruhul Amin stated in this regard. I merely assisted her.

“We rescued the plaintiff and arrested two people after an investigation,” stated Sub-inspector (SI) Rakibul Islam of Ashulia Police Station. They had falsely claimed the plaintiff’s husband was dead and filed a murder case against 130 persons. To verify everything, the plaintiff’s spouse, who is still living, showed up in court.
